Leader training equips adults with the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to deliver safe, fun, and meaningful experiences for Scouts. When leaders are trained, youth benefit from stronger outdoor programs, better teamwork, and consistent leadership grounded in Scouting values. Training also helps leaders feel supported and connected and no one has to figure it all out alone.

That’s why the Orion & Pathfinder Districts are hosting a BALOO / IOLS Training Campout this March 7–8 at YMCA Camp on the Lake in Highland Village. It’s a hands-on opportunity for leaders to learn, practice, and grow, so every Scout gets the quality program they deserve. 🏕️💚
