**PLEASE NOTE AN EVENTBRITE REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY TO

This will start as a 3 part series trails will be around 2.5-4 km easy to moderate rated trails. We will go at casual pace, enjoy getting outside and exploring our local trails 2/3 of these trails are new to me! Join for one join for all 3! There will be separate Eventbrite events for each 3.
May 26 Raptor Loop Meeting at Spion Kop Trail Head (make sure you come from Pelmewash Parkway to the parking lot Google maps sometimes thinks you should park on the highway)
June 2 Rattle Snake Point Meeting at Kalmalka Park Main parking (Jade/ Juniper lot)
June 23 Mill Creek Meeting Spencer Rd. Mill creek regional Park

LIABILITY WAIVER: Friendly reminder that it is required to sign the e-waiver
before attending your first Women Who Explore event. Please sign on an annual
basis. Link here:
Due to local guidelines and regulations, Women Who Explore will be limiting the
number of attendees per event. Each member attending the event will be
required to register through Eventbrite.
In the event you successfully register, and then are unable to attend, please
release the ticket so that another member may attend. If you have any questions,

casual get together for shared outdoor enthusiasts. Safety is a top priority; please
plan accordingly.**

By registering for this event, participants agree to abide by the guidelines set
forth by Women Who Explore which include:
• Practice self-awareness and do not attend if you have had any flu-like
symptoms, exposed to or have tested positive for Covid in the last 14 days.
• Post-event: anyone who develops flu-like symptoms within 14 days after joining
an event should contact the ambassador and Women Who Explore at

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are registering for one of our group events, we ask that you are 100%
committed to attending when you register. If you reserve a spot and are unable to
attend, please cancel as soon as possible on Eventbrite. We ask that you try to
cancel a minimum of 3 days prior to the day of the event as this allows other
women who would like to attend the ability to plan to join us.
