Join us for a morning of grounding movement and mindful breath beneath the graceful branches of the Sallier Oak. Whether you are brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this practice is for everyone—an opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Bring your mat, your breath, and your openness to move at your own pace. We’ll gather in the dappled morning light, surrounded by nature’s stillness, and leave feeling lighter in body and mind.
