New Moon Yoga + Sound Immersion with Pierce & Kerrie

Join us for a special evening of intentional movement and deep stillness as we honor the energy of the New Moon—a time to turn inward, reflect, and plant seeds for new beginnings.

The evening begins with 30 minutes of Slow Flow guided by Kerrie, designed to gently open the body, ground your energy, and help you connect to your breath and intentions. This mindful movement practice will align you with the quiet, introspective nature of the new moon.

Then, settle into rest as Pierce leads a 30-minute Sound Immersion, using Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound healing instruments to guide you into a state of deep relaxation, energetic reset, and inner clarity.

This practice is open to all levels—no experience needed. Come as you are, and let the New Moon invite you back to yourself.
