In this semi-private Restorative Yoga session, hot basalt stones are placed on key areas of the body to promote relaxation and healing.

All while being immersed in the healing tones of Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments, carefully selected by Pierce to harmonize your energy and deepen relaxation throughout class.
