Join the Edgemont Team for Free Community Yoga Classes every Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. This is our gift to you — a way to share space, breathe deeply, and move together in the spirit of community and well-being.

Each week features a different style of yoga led by our talented instructors:

October 4th – Meditation with Pamela S. Thibodeaux
October 11th – Sound Bath with Pierce Weaver
October 18th – Yoga with Sara Johnson
October 25th – Hatha + Meditation with Kerrie Miller

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome. Come move, relax, and connect — we’d love to see you there!
