It has been said by sound healer and pioneer Jonathan Goldman, that when there is dis-ease it's really a part of the body that has lost harmony with its own sound.

Come reconnect back to your frequency.

Brind a drum, rattle, singing bowl, gong, etc. No musical experience required, just an open mind and heart.
