Autumn Equinox Celebration with Kerrie & Pierce

Join Kerrie and Pierce in celebration of the Autumn Equinox—a time of balance, reflection, and transition. As the seasons shift, we gather in community to honor the turning of the wheel and welcome the grounding energy of fall.

Kerrie will lead a gentle, mindful slow flow designed to help you align with the rhythm of the season—inviting steadiness, presence, and gratitude. As you move, Pierce will layer the practice with immersive sound, creating a vibrational backdrop to support your body, mind, and spirit.

We’ll close with a guided savasana meditation to help integrate the energy of the practice and invite inner harmony as we move into the darker half of the year.

Stay afterward for light refreshments and fellowship—or quietly slip away in your own time. All are welcome—this is a free offering to the community.
