3 Day Depth Yoga Retreat with Christopher Gladwell.
What is Depth Yogic practice?
Depth Yoga is spoken of in many yogic texts in the vast history of yoga as the methods to directly apprehend the nature of what it is to be human, and the nature of the cosmos.
These methods include practices for the body, the breath, the emotions, the mind, vibration, and practices of community and ecology.
The ecology of mind created by the clear relationship between these practices creates and integral experience of this depth nature that we are.
Many yogic texts point towards the union of compassion and wisdom, inconceivable emptiness as primordial pregnancy and form, and the appearance of separation and the cosmos.
This weekend retreat will engage with all of these practices to initiate the journey into this integral
depth.
