Learn to teach the deeply restorative practice of Aerial Yin Yoga!
Aerial hammocks can be used to enhance the yin practice in a number of ways. The hammocks act as an additional prop that provides support, and we can use gravity differently in order to access new dimensions of stretch. Safe and gentle inversions are done with ease. The long-held yin postures can also be combined with soft undulating movements in the cloths that help bring the practitioner further into a delicious sense of embodiment. And truly, nothing can compare to aerial yin savasana, floating weightless, lightly held in a supportive wrap.
This 18 hour training will familiarize you with a large repertoire of aerial yin asanas and give you all the know-how needed to guide people to deep yin bliss in the hammocks.
