In our busy lives, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and lose yourself. The Earth Spirit circle offers a sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself and regain grounding and clarity. Utilizing my expertise as a therapist and wilderness guide, I've been leading women on transformative journeys since 2004. I help women find a sense of belonging, move through grief and transitions, and make life changes that truly last.

3 daylong retreats, a 3-day and a 9-day nature wilderness trip, 12
Thursday meetings, a Sweat Lodge ceremony, and a 2-day culmination retreat.
