4-day Buddhist retreat

The month of August marks the end of the traditional rain retreat in Theravada Buddhism. During this period, Buddhist monks stay for 3-months in a monastery to practice meditation. In this retreat, we shall go through the common methods of meditation used in Buddhist retreats 👌

While sessions are based on Buddhist practices, they have universal application regardless if you are a Buddhist or a non-Buddhist, new to or experienced in meditation. 😇

As in most of our retreats, one can join us either full-time or part-time. For more information, fill up the application form; if you opt not to commit, simply do not finish filling up the form, and the process of application will halt.
