JourneyDance - Reclaim Your Power

Come join us for an empowering event where you can heal any unprocessed trauma and reconnect with your inner strength and wisdom.

Through a series of guided movements and powerful, evocative music, JourneyDance will help you release trauma, identify and release negative emotions, and tap into your authentic self.

This in-person experience is dance as hypnotherapy, coaxing out old wounds - whatever story of ours need to be told to the dance floor. Then alchemizing it, and coming back into our light bodies.

It's also a community of sacred belonging and guided self-exploration.

No dance experience necessary – just bring your willingness to move and be transformed!
