When people say, “laughter is the best medicine,” that’s certainly not a joke. Laughter makes us feel good and delivers healing benefits for the mind, body, and spirit.

Join us on the first Wednesday of every month for a laugh-out-loud experience you won’t soon forget. In this exclusive Watermark University class, we’ll combine smiling exercises with deep breathing techniques to reduce stress, release endorphins, and increase energy — no yoga mats or pretzel poses required.
