At Heisler Park by the breaching whale sculpture, wear your brightest fall yellow, orange and red tops and hats, and gather into a human "sun", followed by shooting out into the beaches, park and downtown areas to dispense "Prescriptions for H.O.P.E." and "sun" candies to energize folks to join hands to support clean energy.
