YIN YOGA + TUNING FORKS // A Resonant Yin Yoga Journey Experience - Hydrate Your Fascia through Sound

Join Lili for a deeply restorative 60-minute Yoga class that combines mindful movement with the therapeutic power of sound and vibration. We'll begin by connecting with our breath, then move through yin postures, held for longer periods to access the body's deeper connective tissues.

As you soften into each pose, the healing vibrations of tuning forks will be used in two ways: played in the space to create a field of harmonic resonance and gently placed on the body to release stagnant energy and soothe the nervous system.

This unique practice helps to down-regulate the nervous system, releasing physical and energetic stagnation, leading to greater clarity. You'll leave feeling profoundly relaxed, with a sense of space and peace that extends beyond the mat.

• Yoga mat or blanket, eye and\or head pillow if you like
• Comfortable clothing
• 2 Yoga Blocks if you have them
• Any crystals or sacred objects you wish to
• An open heart and mind!
