2 Part Workshop Series: DIY Ceramic Vase + Floral Design

Please join us for a hands-on ceramics class and floral design workshop experience. This unique workshop has 2 sessions. In the first session, you will create a handmade ceramic vase with Feel Ceramics. It will then be fired and glazed, and you'll return in 2 weeks to learn the art of floral design and fill your vase with flowers with the team at French Buckets!

Session 1: August 7th, 2025 @12PM. A hands-on pottery workshop where you'll create a unique bottle-shaped vase using the traditional coil technique with Sharon at Feel Ceramics ( https://feelceramics.com/). This beginner-friendly session requires no prior experience- just bring your creativity! You'll build your piece entirely by hand, with all materials and tools provided. After the workshop, your vase will be kiln-fired and glazed, and ready for pickup (and flowers!) after a few weeks.

Session 2: August 21st, 2025 @ 12PM. Return to French Buckets' studio in Laguna Beach to pick up your ceramic creation- and fill it with fresh flowers! The floral designers at French Buckets will teach you the foundations of creating a floral arrangement, and provide a beautifully curated selection of fresh florals, greenery, tools, and instruction. At the end you'll get to leave with your handmade vase filled with fresh flowers, and a brand new skillset!
