October Hen Meeting-BREAD MAKING

Join us Wednesday October 8th 6pm-8pm at Village of LaGrange (behind Hershey’s) for Bread-making, taught by our board member Caitlin. We will discuss yeast vs sourdough & demonstrate how to knead, fold, and push/pull different types of dough. Parts of the discussion will be hands on, so dress for a little flour mess & bring your favorite apron! Recipes you’ll receive include sandwich bread, focaccia, pepperoni bread, and sourdough. Bread samples will be provided along with soup samples to dip it in 😍. Fresh baked loaves & sourdough starters available for purchase. Bring a friend & see you there!
