Youth Assembly of Nigeria (YAN), Lagos State Chapter – 4th Assembly
In Collaboration with Advocates for Better Communities Initiative- ABCi is set to launch a Donation Drive with the theme; Collect, Donate, Empower!
In commemoration of International Youth Day 2025
This community-impact program is aimed at empowering underprivileged individuals and families through collective generosity.
With the understanding that youth are not just leaders of tomorrow but agents of change today, this project provides an opportunity for young people to give back to their communities, promote social inclusion, and spark hope where it is most needed.
GOAL & OBJECTIVE:
• To mark International Youth Day (August 12th) with meaningful social impact.
• To mobilize donations that support the less privileged in Lagos State.
• To create a culture of giving and volunteerism among young people.
• To empower vulnerable individuals and families with access to essential items.
WHAT TO DONATE:
We are calling on kind-hearted individuals, corporate bodies, and stakeholders to support this initiative by donating:
• Thrifted Wears (Men, Women & Children)
• Household Items
• Children’s Toys & More
All donated items will be gathered, sorted, and distributed in a Free Shopping Spree event coming up in December 2025 — where families in need can shop at no cost.
