Lagoa Yoga Fest - Moon Salutations / Saudações da Lua

The Lagoa Yoga Fest is a wonderful initiative organized by Ideias do Levante Lagoa and offers a variety of yoga classes provided by local yoga teachers Sept 12 - Sep 14 at Convent ´Bio in Lagoa. I feel honored to be invited to teach for a 3rd year in a row. Sign up for my session on Sept 13 from 16:30 to 17:30 or one of the other sessions offered. This is an wonderful opportunity to try out a (new) class for free!
