Workplace Wellness Workshops- For Direct Care Workers

A series of workshops for direct care workers. A new subject is covered every month. This workshop focuses on negative thinking. All workshops teach evidence based tactics to support people who are caring for others.

August Topic: Identify Negative Thinking: Focus on recognizing negative thinking patterns and how to challenge them.

We are able to offer this series for free because of a grant from United Way of Greater Lafayette.

Seats are limited so register early.
