Wellness Wednesday

The world can feel heavy — and while we can’t fix it all, we can hold space for each other.
Wellness Wednesday is a free, virtual, 15-minute creative wellness session for adults. Through simple movement, breath, and intuitive art-making using supplies you likely have at home, we gently reconnect with ourselves and one another.
No experience needed — just a willingness to slow down and create space for what you’re carrying.
