WHAT TO EXPECT AT THIS EVENT:
After settling into your cozy space in the studio, we'll begin by setting intentions for your experience, creating a meaningful foundation for the session.
From there, you'll be guided through a soothing meditation accompanied by the harmonious tones of crystal quartz bowls.
This will flow seamlessly into a multi-instrument sound bath, where layers of healing vibrations will wash over you, inviting deep relaxation.
To close the practice, you'll be gently guided back to a wakeful state, feeling refreshed, grounded, and restored.
