As you rest comfortably, you’ll be immersed in healing frequencies from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments that gently guide your brain waves from an active, stressed state into deep relaxation and restoration.
Sound works on a cellular level. These frequencies help regulate the nervous system, signaling safety to the body and allowing it to shift out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-repair.
