Ever wanted to float into crow or hold a headstand with confidence? This workshop is designed to teach you the foundations of SIX key arm balances/inversions so that you may build strength, stability and confidence on your mat!

What to expect:
15 min warm-up flow
Guided stretches
Core & Shoulder exercises
Proper alignment of each pose
Practice balance & weight shifting

This workshop will be equal parts PLAYFUL and EMPOWERING! Helping you elevate and take your practice to the next level 👏🏼
