Acadiana Workforce Solutions - Help job seekers connect with area businesses for careers and provides support services, career scholarships, and more to assist community members move into careers

Lafayette Ready Start Early Childhood / LPSS - We're promoting Pre K 4 registration for the 25-26 school year as well as giving families options for child care in the area and possible programs to assist with payment.

Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance (LOSFA) - Through outreach services, LOSFA is also active in the dissemination and support of college access information and services with a concentration on assisting students from low-income families and first-generation college attendees, in locating and obtaining the resources necessary to pursue and complete a postsecondary education. Program of the Louisiana Board of Regents, administering the state’s scholarship and grant programs, and the state’s Internal Revenue Code Section 529 college savings program.

South Louisiana Community College – Admissions Office – Provides assistance with College Admissions for Career and Technical Programs

South Louisiana Community College - Adult Education - Provides adult education services to assist individuals prepare to achieve their HiSET (high school equivalency)

South Louisiana Community College – Aviation Maintenance Technology Program - (General/Ground, Airframe, & Powerplant) provides an Associate of Applied Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology & A & P test prep.

South Louisiana Community College - Career Services - Career advising utilizing career coach to identify the individual's personal strengths and abilities.

South Louisiana Community College - Industrial Maintenance Technology Program - Learn about the NEW 15 week training program that prepares participants for career opportunities in the rapidly growing manufacturing industry. You will learn how to install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and machinery including electrical systems, motors, pumps, production machinery, PLC controls, machining, pneumatics, hydraulics, robotics, and more.

South Louisiana Community College - Precision Machining Program - Learn about this 14 week training program that leads to rewarding careers in machining. You'll learn CNC programming and how to operate manual lathes and milling machines.

South Louisiana Community College – Short-term Workforce Training Programs Enrollment Services - Enrollment assistance for a variety of short-term workforce training programs that lead to careers.

Southwest Louisiana Area Health Education Center - Navigators for a Healthy Louisiana provides free-one-one assistance with checking eligibility, applying, and updating existing account information for Medicaid, LaCHIP and Marketplace Insurance Plans. The federally funded program is supported by a grant from the Centers for Medicaid Services (CMS) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services under the Affordable Care Act.
