Hi! I’m Heidi with Heidi Smith Coaching and love to help women live their best life �. As a menopause specialist, lifestyle/ health coach, cardiac nurse, and person trainer, I work with women in group settings and one-on-one to feel their best though diet, exercise, habit change and mindset. �
