This circle is an opportunity to:

❀ Create connection and community in a safe and sacred environment.

❀ Tune into your own feminine strength and intuition.

❀ Have conscious conversations to learn and grow with other women.

❀ Engage in intention setting, ritual, and heartfelt sharing.

❀ Create an energetic web of support, nourishment, and healing for yourself and women everywhere. (AKA.. Sisterhood!)

Dress Attire: Dress comfortably, but however you would like to show up as your goddess self is fine!

What to Bring: Yourself and your journal. You are also encouraged to bring a special or *SYMBOLIC ITEM* with you. This item can be a symbolic object, a sacred or sentimental item to you, or any object you feel you wish to add meaning or ritual to as a way of remembering your experience. We will place our items in the middle of our circle as a symbol of our coming together.

DETAILS:

We will begin with a short meditation together paired with Holographic Sound Healing.

Following the meditation will be a Cacao Ceremony to help open our hearts, set intentions, and connect with one another.

Each month Brooke will present a new Conscious Conversation Topic and open the floor for women to share whatever it is that wants to be shared. This is a safe space for you to feel HEARD and SEEN.

The goal is to create community amongst women where we can share with one another in a safe and judgment-free space. As women, we tend to carry a lot. When we gather as a community, we don’t have to carry it alone and can feel supported in whatever process we are going through.

What is a Cacao Ceremony?

Cacao ceremonies are helpful for getting clarity, setting intentions, inner-processing, self-renewal, keeping us centered, and connected to our hearts.

We engage with high-quality, unprocessed, and organic chocolate as a ritual, rather than consuming it as candy, which has a direct positive impact on our individual well-being as well as our global ecosystem.

Cacao ceremonies are a wonderful way to connect with people in a safe, open-hearted environment. Sharing cacao brings us into the same energetic frequency. This often results in a deeper more intimate connection with ourselves and each other.

When we gather to share cacao, we have a shared experience of mood elevation, increased vitality, enhanced intuition and empathy, and a more open, present heart. It is a medicinal & healing experience for your body, mind, and spirit.
