Live Well Love Yourself ~ A Self-Care Meetup (co-facilitated by Candace U.)

Live Well is a group of local community members coming together to connect and have a moment of self care. This group is for the busy parent, the overwhelmed entrepreneur or the person just looking to improve their day and learn new self care practices.The intention of this group is to leave with your cup more filled than when you arrived while meeting like minded people.

Whether it's practicing mindfulness, engaging in physical activity, or cultivating healthy habits, this meetup is a safe space to share ideas and support each other on our self-care journeys.

Each month we will experience a new self care practice and may even have local guest experts leading us through.

This month, Candace Uvallue will be our guide this month teaching us about energy practices.

The event will be held at 1300 Plaza Court N, Ste 204 , Lafayette.
