Cardiovascular Institute of the South understands the importance of awareness, prevention and education for women and heart disease. That's why we are proud to announce the return of Heels for Hearts: Women's Cardiac Wellness Social. Join us on Wednesday, May 14th from 5:30 - 7:15 p.m. at the Cardiovascular Institute of the South's Intensive Cardiac Rehab Center in Lafayette.
