Celebrate the height of summer with us up on The Hill for our Appalachia High Summer Dinner—a night inspired by regional tradition, peak-season ingredients, and the cozy magic of open-fire cooking.

We’re excited to be joined by Chef Andrew Riccatelli, who brings a creative approach to Appalachian flavors with a deep respect for the land and the season. Expect thoughtfully sourced proteins, vibrant produce, and a sunset dinner you’ll remember long after the fire goes out.
