🎉 Train Unique’s biggest event of the year is here — and this year, it’s even more special! We’re celebrating our 5-Year Anniversary and the Ulympics all in one unforgettable day!
Join us on Saturday, August 23rd for a full day of community and fitness! We’ll kick things off at 9:30 AM with Powerlifting and MMA exhibitions. Then at 10:45 AM, the Fitness Competition begins — featuring Adaptive, Intellectual, and FunFit divisions!
After the competitions (around 12 PM), we’ll celebrate everything we’ve built together over the past 5 years with:

Not sure which division is right for you? Here’s a quick guide:
🏋️ Powerlifting – For TU Powerlifters and any Special Olympics Powerlifters
🥋 MMA – Open to any TU MMA class participant
♿ Adaptive – For athletes who may need modifications. Ideal for individuals with spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, TBI, Friedreich’s ataxia, or similar physical disabilities
🧠 Intellectual – For athletes with intellectual disabilities such as Down syndrome or autism
🎈 FunFit – For athletes under 13 with either a physical or intellectual disability
