Join Karen Holland for this bi-monthly Yoga and Reiki class. Unwind in this accessible, all-levels yoga class infused with the healing energy of Reiki. Move through a slow, steady, intuitive flow designed to build strength, deepen awareness and support every body. Each posture is explored with focus and control allowing time to breathe and experience the full depth of the practice. Optional hands-on Reiki assists offered throughout. Expect deep relaxation, moments of magic, and a few surprise elements sprinkled in to spark joy and connection. Come as you are—leave feeling renewed.
