Spring Salamander Gander

Join us for a spring salamander gander to learn about our fascinating native salamanders. We will explore their biology, habitat, and ecological importance. We will also discuss the Big Night: the critical, rainy spring migration when these amphibians move to vernal pools for breeding, and highlight local conservation efforts.

Physical Demand: [3] = Activity includes ½ – 1 mile of walking on uneven terrain; may include hills

Cost: FREE for Members/$15 Non-Members
