🎉 Join Us for a Fun-Filled Morning of Movement! 🏃‍♂️🌞 Kick off your weekend with a community 5K run or a leisurely 1-mile walk/run on Saturday, August 23 at 8:00 AM! Whether you're racing toward a personal best or strolling with friends, there's a place for everyone.

📍 Check-in opens at 7:30 AM — arrive early to grab your bib, warm up, and mingle before we hit the course!

⏳ The course will close at 8:45 AM to ensure participant times are ready for our awards ceremony.

💪 Bonus Treat: Our friends at 5 Star Nutrition will be onsite offering free InBody scans to help you learn more about your fitness journey!
