The Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra (CACO) is proud to launch its 2025–2026 season with 'CLASSICALLY YOURS'—a captivating program of timeless works that promises to inspire and delight!
The performance will showcase two outstanding guest artists: flutist Val Sherman and clarinetist Joyce Howdle, who will join the orchestra in Saint-Saëns’ spirited Tarantella for Flute, Clarinet, and Orchestra. The program also highlights treasures by Monteverdi, Louis Spohr, Samuel Schmidt, and Fanny Hensel, thoughtfully curated by Music Director Dr. James Bicigo.
“This concert is designed to educate, inspire, and entertain,” says Dr. Bicigo. “It is a vibrant reflection of our commitment to bringing world-class music experiences to Central Alberta.”
As a cornerstone of the region’s cultural community, CACO takes pride in presenting professional local musicians and making classical music accessible to all. Tickets are affordably priced, with free admission for children 12 and under to encourage the next generation of music lovers.
