Highland Games Newbies Clinic

NEWBIES CLINIC
10am - 1pm
If you've ever been to the Highland Games and thought, "I could do that" now is your chance. This is a FREE training clinic for people who have never touched a weight before. We will go over the basics and answer any questions you may have.

Ages 14 and over, waiver must be signed before participating. All are welcome.

- Any existing Heavies willing to help, all assistance is greatly appreciated

- Open practice will be available throughout, just practice around the newbies​
