Easter Sugar Cookie Decorating Class

Interested in learning more about decorated sugar cookies?! Love and Cookies is here to help! In this 2 hours-long class, we'll cover the intermediate tips and tricks of sugar cookie decorating, do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and wrap up covering the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided in class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron).

We’ll be decorating a “hoppy” Easter theme this time – this will be the perfect cookie class to jump into intermediate sugar cookie decorating! This class has 6 cookies, 5 icing colors, and 10 icing bags to take us through this fun egg hunt!

You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of sugar cookies plus a few cool techniques we'll cover in class! More details on refunds, things to bring, cancelations, and FAQs are below - looking forward to having you with us.

This class is for the intermediate cookier or for someone who picks up on new concepts pretty quickly! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We’ll be decorating six Easter-themed cookies – cookies and carrots for everyone!

We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 6 cookies, 5 icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!

This class is on Thursday, April 2nd and starts at 6:00 – 8:00 sharp so we can have enough time to decorate and answer along the way. Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family! It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo!

This class is good for ages 14 and up, but if you'd like to leave the kiddos at home, purchase an add-on kit (more on that below)! The kits are great for kids at home, plus - we'll send you the class PowerPoint so you can teach them yourself!

TAKE HOME KITS

Many students or practicing cookiers can purchase additional class kits to take home and re-do the classes. You can purchase an add-on kit during check-out. Your kit will be available at the end of your class - so don't forget it! If you’re skipping class and just ordering the kit – swing by anytime during class to sneak in and pick it up – it’ll be labeled with your name!

Class Cancelation Policy

Classes may be canceled at the discretion of me, the event host. This rarely happens – but in that extremely rare event that it does, you’ll receive a 100% refund including your event fees.

Classes with attendance below 4 persons will be canceled. Don’t be sad! You can either get a class credit for a future class (along with my apologies), or a full refund! I’ll let you know if your class has low attendance 2 days before the event is canceled so that you can bring a friend (hint hint) or find other plans for that day.

Refund Policy if You Cancel

I know, life happens! If you need to cancel, you must let me know by March 30th. You can also transfer your ticket to somone else. I will not be able to give you a refund after March 30th because I will be prepping for class. Your ticket price includes your ticket fees; however, Eventbrite does not refund its fees. If you cancel your ticket and request a refund prior to the cancelation window expiring, I’ll happily give you a refund less the eventbrite fee – since I don’t get this fee back either. Eventbrite keeps it regardless of whether you show up or cancel. I know – I hate it too!
