Athlete Registration Dates:
Early Registration Fee Ends April 11, 2025.
Late Registration Fee Starts April 12, 2025
Late Registration Fee will increase $25 each additional
All Registration Closes April 20, 2025


Thursday, April 24th and Friday April 25th: Credential Pick up at Lacey HQ Dojang from 3pm - 6pm. All athletes and volunteers.

Sunday, April 27th:
8:30am - Doors Open
9:30am - Breaking
11:30am - Sparring
12:00 pm - Demo
12:15pm - lunch
1:00pm - Team Poomsae/ Obstacle Course
3:00pm - Poomsae


All athletes must wear full taekwondo uniform. Sparring competitors must have own approved sparring gear (hogu, head gear, forearm pads, shin pads, instep pads, mouth guard, groin protector). Sparring competitors may not wear eyewear or any metal/hard plastic.

Referee dress code: White Button up shirt, black slacks, tennis shoes (white or black)

Volunteers: USMAC T-shirt, Long pants, tennis shoes (no hats, no shorts, tanks, sleeveless, sunglasses, flip flops).

USMAC Staff: Long pants dark color/black (no athletic pants), USMAC Staff Polo.
