Roots in Kherbet Rouha: A Celebration of Heritage is taking place for the first time on August 30, 2025 in Lac La Biche. This is an event dedicated to honouring the rich cultural legacy of Kherbet Rouha, Lebanon.
Our outdoor gathering aims to bring together individuals and families from across Alberta who share the Kherbet Rouha heritage, however, this event is open to all backgrounds to enjoy!
Our mission is to create a vibrant, inclusive space where tradition, storytelling, music, food, and community spirit come alive. 🇱🇧

- 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM Free Hamburger & Hotdog BBQ
- 1:30 PM 5:00 PM Kids Heritage Games & Activites, Cultural Booths & Historical Displays
- 5:00 PM Opening Prayer & Executive Remarks
- 5:30 PM Traditional Lebanese BBQ Dinner
- 7:30 PM Historical Presentation Evening Performance & Dabke
