3. Enter your insurance information & pay upfront fee of $24
4. Come to The Roots 2145 Celanese Rd Rock Hill SC on June 6th to provide your saliva sample and your test will be submitted.

No eating, drinking (including water), or chewing gum 30 minutes before the actual sample collection.

How Much will it cost? $24 upfront fee and the rest is billed to insurance.
