SUMMER 2025 Women's Self Defense 2-Week Course

Chozen Martial Arts Academy is offering this 2-week course for Women's Self Defense. For women and girls ages 13 & up. Open to both Chozen members (free) and the public (paid).

Lessons will build as you progress through each week. Please wear comfortable clothing as we will work through physical drills and exercises.

You will learn:

• Predator mindset
• Pre-attack cues
• Proper use of your body's weapons
• Ideal striking targets
• Striking, clinching, & ground fighting techniques
• Defenses against common scenarios

Classes are on Saturdays on the following dates:

• June 14 10am-12pm
• June 21 10am-12pm
