Postpartum Recovery® SUMMER 2025

Don't miss this 6 week mommy & me Postpartum Recovery fitness series this summer!
This “mommy and me” class is ideal for the postpartum woman to recover the pelvic floor and core after birth. Newborns to pre-crawlers are welcome to join the class, but any mom can learn and benefit from this program even if your "baby" is now a toddler or beyond!

Saturdays July 12 to Aug 16 10:30am-12pm (at Lakeside Lavender & Herbs, La Porte, IN)
