Parent Tot Yoga (mobile babies & tots up to 3 years!)

A supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class! Toddlers become more confident in their moving bodies and have a chance to interact and have fun with other little ones. Class incorporates movement, yoga, repetition, sing-songs, fun props & more! Poses and much needed relaxation included for caregivers as well.
45 minute class with a parent/caregiver!

INVESTMENT:
$15 per class (+ $5 for a sibling)
