This “mommy and me” class is a 6-week program focused on healing and strength for moms after pregnancy & birth.
Newborns to pre-crawlers are welcome to join the class, but any mom can learn and benefit from this program even if your "baby" is now a toddler or beyond!
PPR focuses on progressive exercises over 6 weeks and functional movement of the whole body. Strengthen the pelvic floor and core, and learn how to best support healing after pregnancy and birth!
This Postpartum Recovery® Fitness class is designed to help you safely return to exercise, rebuild your core and pelvic floor, and connect with other new moms in a supportive and fun environment!
