Free community event hosted by College-Rolando Library in partnership with Noel Art Studio

Creativity is better when it’s shared. Join us to turn everyday scrap paper into something unique. We’ll transform the paper you’d normally toss in the recycling bin into one-of-a-kind wearable art earrings or an ornament.

This is process art — there’s no “right” way to do it, just play around and enjoy making something with your own hands.
