We will begin the evening with MYCO LYFE mushroom brew as you have the opportunity to ground yourself and connect with others before you start your healing.

Followed by an invigorating breathwork journey blending Wim Hof, holotropic and healing led by Bloom with Rose.

• We will have mats and blankets set up but, if you are more comfortable with your own your are more than welcome to bring your own.
• Dress as comforable as possible to fully relax and unwind.
