Yoga & Chakra Alignment Workshop

Join us for a transformative journey through movement, breath, and energy. This unique session combines the grounding power of yoga with the ancient wisdom of the chakra system to help you restore balance, release emotional blockages, and cultivate inner strength.

What to Expect:
• Gentle Yoga Flow: Move through a series of poses (asanas) that align and activate each of the seven major chakras, from the root to the crown.
All levels are welcome.

Facilitator: Sofia Puerta is a certified yoga therapist and mindfulness based stress reduction teacher, writer and creator. With 20 years of experience teaching in hospitals, senior and community centers, and schools.
