What to Bring:
• Yoga mat, blanket, pillow if you’d like, or chair (there are a few available at the facility).
• Bottle of water
• Notebook & pen
• Open, curious mind
• Please bring a friend to share this experience with!! Note: No late arrivals, please arrive on time and ready to begin.
Release/information forms will need to be completed before we start. Please see my website below, you’ll find them on the tab ‘Forms’. Look for ‘Sound Healing Participation’, you’ll only need those (if you are unable to print, I will have forms with me for you to complete, but please arrive early to do so). If you’ve completed these for a previous event, you will not need to fill them out again.
