Behind the Mask: A Drama and Design Intensive

Step into a world of imagination and expression at Behind the Mask camp, designed especially for middle school artists and performers! This immersive experience blends visual arts and theater, giving campers the chance to explore their creativity from every angle.

Throughout the week, students will get hands-on with papier-mâché, painting, and mask building, designing bold and original pieces that reflect their personal style. Using these creations as inspiration, campers will then develop unique characters, learning how to build a backstory, voice, and personality that bring their characters to life.

With a focus on acting techniques, improvisation, and ensemble work, campers will grow their confidence on stage as they rehearse and perform in a one-of-a-kind showcase at the end of the week.
